Republic Act No. 8324, enacted on June 30, 1997, establishes the Buenavista National High School in the Municipality of Buenavista, Province of Quezon, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8324

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUENAVISTA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1.  There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Buenavista, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Buenavista National High School.

SECTION 2.  The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
