Republic Act No. 8537, enacted on February 23, 1998, establishes the Bonliw National High School in Torrijos, Marinduque. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Funding for the school's establishment will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following the law's enactment and for subsequent years. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8537
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BONLIW NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Bonliw National High School in the Municipality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
