REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8567
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BINAKAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWIT, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barrio Binakayan, Municipality of Kawit, Province of Cavite, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, to be known as the Binakayan National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on February 27, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
