REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7987
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BATASAN HILL, SECOND DISTRICT OF QUEZON CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS BATASAN HILLS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. A national high school to be known as Batasan Hills National High School in the second district of Quezon City is hereby established and shall be under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the signature of the President in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
