Batangas Environment and Marine Laws Enforcement Forum on 23 to 24 June 2015 at Seas Spring Resort, Brgy. Mainit, Mabini, Batangas
The OCA Circular No. 111-15 announces the "Batangas Environmental and Marine Laws Enforcement Forum" scheduled for June 23-24, 2015, at Seas Spring Resort in Mabini, Batangas. The forum is organized by the Provincial Government of Batangas in collaboration with the ECOFISH Project and PEMSEA. Several judges from various Regional Trial Courts and Municipal Trial Courts in Batangas are authorized to attend during official hours, provided they manage their court schedules appropriately. They must also submit certificates of attendance to the Court Management Office within ten days after the event.

The Provincial Government of Batangas through the Provincial-Environmental and Natural Resources Office in partnership with ECOFISH Project and Partnership for Environmental Management for the Seas of Asia (PEMSEA) will conduct a "Batangas Environmental and Marine Laws Enforcement Forum" on 23 to 24 June 2015 at Seas Spring Resort, Brgy. Mainit, Mabini, Batangas.
In connection therewith, the following Judges are hereby authorized to attend the said forum on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
