REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8863

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BASCARAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA TO BE KNOWN AS THE BASCARAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Bascaran, Municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Bascaran National High School. ASICDH

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
