REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9073
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BARTOLOME AND MANUELA PAÑARES MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF BARILI, PROVINCE OF CEBU AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Bartolome and Manuela Pañares Memorial National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu is hereby established. SEIaHT
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations that would carry out the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
