GENERAL ORDER NO. 29
AUTHORIZING THE ARREST AND DETENTION OF ANY PERSON INVOLVED IN CRIMES OF SWINDLING AND OTHER DECEITS PUNISHABLE UNDER ARTICLES 315 AND 316 OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE
General Order No. 2 dated September 22, 1972, as amended by General Order Nos. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C and 2-D, is hereby amended to include the following provision: SaCIDT
"22. Any person or persons who may have been known or found to have committed the crime of swindling and other deceits as defined in Articles 315 and 316 of the Revised Penal Code, in large scale."
DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.
