REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7667
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TOURIST RESORT WITHIN BUSTOS DAM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUSTOS, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUSTOS DAM AND TOURIST RESORT
SECTION 1. There shall be developed within the present site of the Bustos Dam in the Municipality of Bustos, Province of Bulacan, a tourist resort that will preserve and conserve the natural beauty of the place, to be known as the Bustos Dam and Tourist Resort. casia
SECTION 2. The Department of Tourism, in coordination with other government agencies concerned, shall design and construct the appropriate facilities and infrastructure for the resort, subject to accepted tourism standards.
SECTION 3. The Department of Tourism shall issue the necessary guidelines for the proper implementation of this Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
