REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6071
AN ACT GRANTING THE GOVERNING BOARDS OF ALL STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AUTHORITY TO FIX THE SALARIES AND COMPENSATION OF THEIR FACULTY AND EMPLOYEES
SECTION 1. The governing boards of all state colleges and universities are hereby authorized to fix the salaries and compensation of their faculties and administrative officers and employees, all laws and executive orders to the contrary notwithstanding: Provided, That such salaries compensation shall be comparable with those of similar educational institutions of like enrollment and standing.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
