Authentication Fees Collected by the Office of the President

LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1446

To enable the Office of the President to generate funds from internal resources in support of its multifarious services, the authentication fees collected by the Office of the President pursuant to Executive Order No. 493, dated January 5, 1978, and Memorandum Order No. 800, dated December 22, 1983, in relation to Batas Pambansa Blg. 325, dated December 27, 1982, and its implementation rules and regulations, are hereby set aside as a trust fund for the exclusive use of the Office of the President, effective January 1, 1984.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-five.
