REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9776
AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST 10 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN SAN JOSE CITY, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA
SECTION 1. August 10 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija to commemorate its creation as a city.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
