On November 7, 1989, an Administrative Circular was issued designating thirty-six judges from various Municipal Trial Courts (MTC), Municipal Circuit Trial Courts (MCTC), and Municipal Trial Courts in Cities (MTCC) to attend a Training Conference on the Katarungang Pambarangay in Cebu City on November 11-12, 1989. The Department of Local Government is sponsoring the event, with local funds covering transportation expenses and the Bureau of Local Government Supervision providing food and accommodations. The circular lists the names and branches of the designated judges from Judicial Regions V, VI, VII, and VIII. This initiative aims to enhance the judges' understanding and implementation of the Katarungang Pambarangay system.

The Department of Local Government is conducting a Training Conference on the Katarungang Pambarangay at the Holy Family Redemptorist Retreat House, Nivel Hills, Cebu City, on November 11 and 12, 1989.

Thirty-six (36) MTC, MCTC, and MTCC Judges of Judicial Regions V, VI, VII, and VIII are hereby designated to attend said Training Conference on Official Business. Transportation expenses will be charged against local funds. Food and hotel accommodations will be shouldered by the Bureau of Local Government Supervision. casia
