All officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association, as well as all Regional Trial Court judges of Region V are hereby authorized to attend the Philippine Judges Association's board meeting to be held at Legazpi City on December 13 and 14, 1990, on Official Time/Official Business chargeable but subject to availability of local funds. cdt
