On February 15, 1991, the Supreme Court issued Administrative Circular No. 25-A-90, inviting all members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) in Region VI to participate in the Annual Regional Sportsfest scheduled for April 16 to 19, 1991, in Bacolod City. Attendance at the event, including travel time, will be considered as official time. However, courts are mandated to maintain a skeletal workforce during the sportsfest to ensure continued operations. The circular was signed by Chief Justice Marcelo B. Fernan.

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), Western Visayas Chapter will be holding its Annual Regional Sportsfest on April 16 to 19, 1991 at Bacolod City.
All PACE members of Region VI are invited to attend the sportsfest. Attendance (including travel time) will be on OFFICIAL TIME. All courts are however required to maintain skeletal forces.
