LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 335
TO : The Flag Officer in Command, Philippine Navy
In line with the government's leadership training program for all Kabataang Barangay Chairman, you are hereby directed to implement a coordination and assistance scheme as follows: casia
1. The Philippine Navy shall provide transport facilities to ferry the Kabataang Barangay Leadership Training participants of the Visayas Region, from the nearest port of call of their province, to the port of call nearest the training campsite in Mambucal, Murcia, Negros Occidental, or Camp Marina, Cebu City, for the duration of the program.
2. The Flag Officer in Command of the Philippine Navy shall coordinate with the Secretary of the Department of Local Government and Community Development on the total listing of participants, the schedule of the training seminar, including time of departure and arrival. cd i
3. The Secretary of the Department of Local Government and Community Development shall provide in advance all the necessary requirements for proper action of the Flag Officer in Command of the Philippine Navy.
