REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5473
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-TWO HUNDRED FOUR
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-two hundred four, entitled "An Act to amend Sections twenty-four, thirty-two, thirty-three, and thirty-seven of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Act of 1948," as amended, and for other purposes," which created two new divisions of the Court of Appeals for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.
