Appropriation of Funds to Implement R.A. No. 1082 (Rural Health and Dental Services)
Republic Act No. 1338, enacted on June 16, 1955, appropriates an additional sum of four hundred thousand pesos from the National Treasury to support the objectives outlined in Republic Act No. 1082 for the fiscal year 1955-1956. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1338
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AS ADDITIONAL FUND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE TO NINETEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX
SECTION 1. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional fund to carry out the purposes of Republic Act Numbered Ten hundred eighty-two for the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-five to nineteen hundred fifty-six.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
