Appropriation of Funds for Traveling Expenses of Insane Patients to Hospitals

ACT NO. 4208
AN ACT APPROPRIATING FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE TRAVELING EXPENSES OF INSANE PATIENTS, INCLUDING THE NECESSARY ATTENDANTS, FROM THEIR COMMUNITIES TO PROVINCIAL HOSPITALS OR OTHER GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS, OR TO THE INSULAR PSYCHOPATHIC HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of five thousand pesos which shall be expended by the Director of Health for the traveling expenses, and subsistence and care of insane patients, including the traveling expenses of the necessary attendants to provincial or other government hospitals, or to the Insular Psychopathic Hospital at Mandaluyong, Rizal.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
