Appropriation of Funds for Salary of Commercial Agent in Surigao del Sur

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3858
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF A SUM OF MONEY FOR THE SALARY OF ONE COMMERCIAL AGENT IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR
SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand one hundred and sixty pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the salary of one commercial agent in the Province of Surigao del Sur, in accordance with Republic Act Numbered Three hundred and eighty-eight. Hereafter, the necessary sum for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
