Appropriation of Funds for R.A. No. 3403 Re: Bobon School of Fisheries in Samar
Republic Act No. 5062, enacted on June 17, 1967, authorizes the appropriation of three hundred thousand pesos from the National Treasury for the Bobon School of Fisheries in Samar. This additional funding is intended to support the implementation of Republic Act No. 3403, which established the school. Future necessary funds for the school's operation will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5062
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AS ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THREE, WHICH CREATED THE BOBON SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN SAMAR
SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional appropriation for the implementation of Republic Act Numbered Three thousand four hundred three, which created the Bobon School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Bobon, Province of Samar, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
