Appropriation of Funds for Mrs. Luz B. Magsaysay

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1817
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AS A GRANT TO MRS. LUZ B. MAGSAYSAY
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as a grant to Mrs. Luz B. Magsaysay, widow of the late President Ramon Magsaysay. This amount shall be tax-exempt.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
