REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2050
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS TO HELP DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING, PREPARATION AND PARTICIPATION OF A FILIPINO ATHLETIC DELEGATION TO THE THIRD ASIAN GAMES TO BE HELD IN TOKYO, JAPAN, FROM MAY TWENTY-FOUR, NINETEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT TO JUNE FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as an aid to the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation to defray the expenses of the selection, assembling, equipping, preparation and sending of a competent athletic delegation to represent the Philippines at the Third Asian Games to be held in Tokyo, Japan, from May twenty-four to June first, nineteen hundred fifty-eight.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
