ACT NO. 60
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-ONE CENTS, MEXICAN MONEY, AND TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FOUR CENTS, IN MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES, TO PAY EXPENSES INCURRED AND SALARIES EARNED, NOT PROVIDED FOR IN THE GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT FOR DECEMBER
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred and twenty-seven dollars and eighty-one cents, in Mexican money, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Insular Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to the Collector of Internal Revenue of the Islands for a refund of surtaxes erroneously collected in the Third District, Department of Southern Luzon.
SECTION 2. The following sums in money of the United States are hereby appropriated out of any money in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay expenses incurred and salaries earned, not provided for in the General Appropriation Act for December, and for the purposes and objects hereinafter specified, viz.:

SECTION 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this appropriation bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
