REPUBLIC ACT NO. 701
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE EMERGENCY PRODUCTION OF ANTI-TETANIC SERUM, DIPHTHERIA ANTI-TOXIN, TRIPLE VACCINE, AND ANTI-DYSENTERIC SERUM
SECTION 1. Out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise obligated, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos (P250,000) for the manufacture of anti-tetanic serum, diphtheria anti-toxin, triple vaccine, and anti-dysenteric serum by the Public Health Research Laboratories, Department of Health. cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
