AN ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-TWO TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the period from July first, nineteen hundred and fifty-two to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, for the purposes specified hereunder. acd

SECTION 3. The special and general provisions of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and sixteen are hereby made applicable to the appropriations provided in this Act: Provided, That no portion of the different items of the appropriations contained in this Act shall be transferred to any other item.
SECTION 4. Effective date. — This Act shall take effect as of July first, Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-Two.
