REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6358
AN ACT APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES FOR THE STATE FUNERAL OF CARLOS P. GARCIA, AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MAUSOLEUM TO CONTAIN HIS REMAINS
SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses for the state funeral of Carlos P. Garcia and for the construction of a mausoleum to contain his remains. aisa dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
