In order to prevent any fraternization between the private auditors of government-owned or controlled corporations and their clients, it is hereby directed that the present auditors of said corporations be changed by the Office of the Prime Minister and the Executive Committee, effective March 1, 1982.
The Prime Minister shall submit to the President the list of corporations and their new auditors not later than March 1, 1982. cd
