Republic Act No. 10061 establishes an annex of the Hampipila National High School in Barangay Libertad, Abuyog, Leyte, to be called Hampipila National High School Annex. The Department of Education is tasked with supervising the annex, and funding for its operationalization will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Secretary of Education is responsible for issuing the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Act. This law will take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNEX OF THE HAMPIPILA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE LOCATED IN BARANGAY LIBERTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF ABUYOG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS HAMPIPILA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. Establishment of an Annex High School. — There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an annex of the Hampipila National High School in Barangay Libertad, Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte to be known as Hampipila National High School Annex. aEcSIH
SECTION 2. Appropriations. — The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Hampipila National High School Annex, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations that may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 4. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
