ACT NO. 3098
AN ACT TO REPEAL THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF ARTICLE FIFTY-ONE OF THE CODE OF COMMERCE
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of article fifty-one of the Code of Commerce is hereby repealed. HAIDcE
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, March 16, 1923.
