An Act to Repeal the First Paragraph of Subsection (D) of Section Fourteen Hundred and Ninety-Nine of Act Numbered Twenty-Seven Hundred and Eleven, known as the Administrative Code, and for other Purposes

ACT NO. 3199
AN ACT TO REPEAL THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SUBSECTION (D) OF SECTION FOURTEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of subsection (d) of section fourteen hundred and ninety-nine of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, as amended, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. EcAISC
