ACT NO. 3036
AN ACT TO READJUST THE THIRD, FOURTH, AND FIFTH ELECTION DISTRICTS OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO
SECTION 1. The twelfth paragraph of section one hundred and twenty-three of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code of nineteen hundred and seventeen, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Iloilo: First district. — Composed of the municipalities of Guimbal, Miagao, Oton, San Joaquin, and Tigbauan. Second district. — Composed of the municipalities of Arevalo, Buenavista, Iloilo, and Jaro. Third district. — Composed of the municipalities of Cabatuan, Leon, Maasin, San Miguel, Santa Barbara, and Janiuay. Fourth district. — Composed of the municipalities of Barotac, Dingle, Dumangas, Lambunao, Pototan, and Calinog. Fifth district. — Composed of the municipalities of Ajuy, Balasan, Banate, Barotac Viejo, Dueñas, Passi, and Sara."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
