ACT NO. 2473
AN ACT TO FACILITATE TO LABORERS THE EXERCISE OF THEIR RIGHTS IN ALL CASES FALLING UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR
SECTION 1. In all litigations instituted by a laborer or by his heirs and successors under the provisions of Act Numbered Eighteen hundred and seventy-four of the Philippine Legislature, entitled "An Act to extend and regulate the responsibility of employers for personal injuries and deaths suffered by their employees while at work," neglect on the part of the employer shall constitute a presumption of law. aSTcCE
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
