ACT NO. 3140
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURTS IN CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES OF THE BATANES ISLANDS, AND TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. It is hereby ordered that justice of the peace courts shall be established in the municipalities of Itbayat, Uyugan, Sabtang, Ivana, and Mahatao, Province of Batanes.
SECTION 2. The sum of three thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act. STcAIa
SECTION 3. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
