ACT NO. 3089
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TEMPORARY USE FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES OF THE TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVEN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PROVINCIAL JAIL IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO
SECTION 1. The Provincial Board of Surigao is hereby authorized to use for the construction of a new provincial school building the twenty-eight thousand pesos appropriated by Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seven for the construction of the provincial jail of that province: Provided, That said sum of twenty-eight thousand pesos shall be returned to the fund for the construction of the provincial jail within ten years from the date of the approval of this Act. ADEaHT
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
