ACT NO. 2959
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS, OUT OF ANY FUNDS OF THE INSULAR GOVERNMENT NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, TO BE EXPENDED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANTIPOLO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. The sum of twenty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds of the Insular Government not otherwise appropriated, to be expended for public improvements in the municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal: Provided, however, That any portion of this sum may be applied to the payment of indebtedness incurred by the municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, for public improvements in that municipality.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
