AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS AND TO INSERT OTHERS UNDER SECTION ONE, PARAGRAPH A, AND TO AMEND SECTION THREE OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY

SECTION 1. Items 11 under Albay; 22, 25, and 31 under Bulacan; 2 and 5 under Marinduque; 8 and 33 under Nueva Ecija; 46 under Pampanga; 80, 81, 92, 93, 116, and 134 under Pangasinan; and 8 and 21 under Tayabas, of section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty are amended so as to read as follows: CSaHDT

SECTION 2. Items to be known as items 22 (a) and 31 (a) under Bulacan; 92 (a), 93 (a), 134 (a) and 134 (b) under Pangasinan, are inserted in section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty to read as follows:

SECTION 3. Section three of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty is amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 3. All balances of the appropriations made by this Act remaining unexpended on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and forty, shall revert to the Philippine Coconut Oil Trust Fund and thereafter shall not be available for expenditure except upon appropriation by the National Assembly."

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
