ACT NO. 68
AN ACT SUPPLEMENTARY TO ACT NUMBERED SIXTY-ONE AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HIGHWAY FROM POZORUBIO TO BAGUIO
SECTION 1. The army officer detailed by the Military Governor to supervise the construction of the highway from Pozorubio in the Province of Pangasinan to Baguio, in the Province of Benguet, is hereby given authority to act as disbursing officer of the funds to be expended by authority of Act Number Sixty-one, and is required to submit his accounts as such to the Auditor for the Islands.
SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
ENACTED, January 2, 1901.
