An Act Providing for the Establishment of a National High School in Poblacion 1-A, Municipality of Motiong, Province of Samar, to be Known as the Motiong National High School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8512, enacted on February 13, 1998, establishes the Motiong National High School in Poblacion 1-A, Municipality of Motiong, Province of Samar. This school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following the law's enactment and subsequently. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, in accordance with the Constitution.

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN POBLACION 1-A, MUNICIPALITY OF MOTIONG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MOTIONG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Poblacion 1-A, Municipality of Motiong, Province of Samar, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
