ACT NO. 2191
AN ACT MAKING IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE THE SUM OF FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS OF THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WIRELESS TELEGRAPH STATIONS IN THAT PART OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS INHABITED BY MOROS OR OTHER NON-CHRISTIAN TRIBES
SECTION 1. Of the money appropriated by Act Numbered Twenty-one hundred and eighty-five, entitled "An Act appropriating funds for the construction of wireless telegraph stations in that part of the Philippine Islands inhabited by Moros or other non-Christian tribes, provided a like amount shall be appropriated by the Congress of the United States and made available for use in connection with the money herein appropriated," the sum of fifty-seven thousand pesos is hereby made immediately available for expenditure by the Secretary of Commerce and Police for the purposes of said Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
