ACT NO. 2402
AN ACT MAKING APPLICABLE TO THAT PART OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS INHABITED BY MOROS OR OTHER NON-CHRISTIAN TRIBES ACTS NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE AND TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-SEVEN OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE
SECTION 1. Act No. 2339, passed February 27, 1914, entitled "An Act revising and consolidating the laws relative to internal revenue" is hereby made applicable to that part of the Philippine Islands inhabited by Moros or other non-Christian tribes, subject to the exceptions contained in section twenty-three thereof, and shall have full force and effect therein.
SECTION 2. Act No. 2347, passed February 28, 1914, entitled "An Act to provide for the reorganization of the Courts of First Instance and of the Court of Land Registration" is hereby made applicable to that part of the Philippine Islands inhabited by Moros or other non-Christian tribes, and shall have full force and effect therein. caITAC
SECTION 3. That Act shall take effect July first, nineteen hundred and fourteen.
