COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 200
AN ACT GRANTING SICK LEAVE WITH PAY TO MEMBERS OF THE CREW OF ANY VESSEL OF THE BUREAU OF COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY
SECTION 1. Any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, the members of the crew of any vessel of the Bureau of Coast and Geodetic Survey shall be entitled to pay for not more than sixty days when they are sick in a hospital, in accordance with the United States regulations for Coast and Geodetic Survey vessels.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven.
