An Act for the Relief of George C. Taulbee, Second Lieutenant, Philippines Constabulary
Act No. 1058, enacted on February 24, 1904, provides relief to George C. Taulbee, a second lieutenant in the Philippines Constabulary, for the loss of $2,000 in local currency that was stolen while under the guard of his subordinates.
