REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8860
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. ANA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. ANA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. Establishment of the National High School. — There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Sta. Ana, Province of Pampanga to be known as the Sta. Ana National High School. AHSaTI
SECTION 2. Implementing Rules and Regulations. — The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. Appropriation. — The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
