ACT NO. 3194
AN ACT EMPOWERING JUSTICES OF THE PEACE TO APPOINT GUARDIANS "AD LITEM" FOR INCAPACITATED LITIGANTS
SECTION 1. Justices of the peace in the regularly organized municipalities as well as in the municipal districts and townships are hereby empowered to appoint guardian or guardians ad litem for litigants in their courts who are incapacitated by being of minor age or mentally incapable.
SECTION 2. All acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed. TDEASC
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, November 29, 1924.
