REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8452
AN ACT DECLARING THE TWELFTH DAY OF JULY OF EACH YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAGUINDINGAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL
SECTION 1. Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, was officially created as a municipality on July 12, 1963 by virtue of Republic Act No. 3824.
SECTION 2. The Twelfth day of July of each year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Laguindingan, Province of Misamis Oriental, in celebration of its charter day to be known as Araw ng Laguindingan. aisadc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on January 11, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
