An Act Declaring the Twelfth Day of July of Each Year as a Special Nonworking Holiday in the Municipality of Laguindingan, Province of Misamis Oriental
Republic Act No. 8452, enacted on January 11, 1998, designates July 12 of each year as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, to commemorate its charter day, known as Araw ng Laguindingan. The municipality was established on July 12, 1963, under Republic Act No. 3824. The Act became effective upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, as per constitutional provisions. It was subsequently published in the Official Gazette on May 18, 1998.

AN ACT DECLARING THE TWELFTH DAY OF JULY OF EACH YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAGUINDINGAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL
SECTION 1. Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, was officially created as a municipality on July 12, 1963 by virtue of Republic Act No. 3824.
SECTION 2. The Twelfth day of July of each year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Laguindingan, Province of Misamis Oriental, in celebration of its charter day to be known as Araw ng Laguindingan. aisadc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
