REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9070
AN ACT DECLARING EIGHTEENTH OF DECEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY TO BE KNOWN AS THE GRACIANO LOPEZ-JAENA DAY
SECTION 1. December 18 of every year is hereby declared as special working public holiday throughout the country to be known as the Graciano Lopez-Jaena Day. aTHCSE
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
