An Act Creating a National High School in the Municipality of Sultan Gumander, Province of Lanao Del Sur to be Known as the Sultan Gumander National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8912, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Sultan Gumander National High School in Sultan Gumander, Lanao del Sur, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The initial funding for the school will be sourced from the current year's budget of the Department of Education for the Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), with future operational costs to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act became effective upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on March 19, 2001.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8912
AN ACT CREATING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULTAN GUMANDER, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS THE SULTAN GUMANDER NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision and control of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Sultan Gumander National High School in the Municipality of Sultan Gumander, Province of Lanao del Sur. EcHaAC
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports - Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Sultan Gumander National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
