REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8771

AN ACT CONVERTING THE MAPARAT HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAPARAT, COMPOSTELA, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAPARAT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF

SECTION 1. The Maparat High School in Barangay Maparat, Compostela, Compostela Valley Province is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Maparat National High School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate and issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
