An Act Changing the Name of the Municipality of Malabon, Province of Cavite, to General Trias, and for Other Purposes
Act No. 2889, approved on February 24, 1920, officially changes the name of the municipality of Malabon in Cavite to General Trias. Following the approval of this Act, all territories previously under Malabon's jurisdiction will now be recognized as part of General Trias. The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.

ACT NO. 2889
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, TO GENERAL TRIAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. The name of the municipality of Malabon, Province of Cavite, is hereby changed to General Trias, and after the approval of this Act, all territory comprised in the jurisdiction of said municipality of Malabon shall be called General Trias, as herein Provided. HEITAD
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
